Meet Jennifer Phelps, MS, BCBA
Jennifer Phelps, M.S., BCBA, is the founder of Engage Behavioral Health and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2006. She holds a master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis and is currently completing a graduate certification in Applied Educational Neuroscience. With over two decades of experience, Jennifer specializes in supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and their families through a compassionate, science-informed, and concierge-style model of care that blends clinical expertise with personalized connection.
Jennifer’s approach blends applied behavior analysis with applied neuropsychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the science of connection. Her work is grounded in the belief that every child—and every parent—deserves personalized, whole-family support that meets them where they are.

Known for her nurturing presence and practical tools, Jennifer partners with families to help children build emotional regulation, confidence, and meaningful relationships. As a former executive leader and clinical director in the field of autism services, she brings both strategic vision and heartfelt understanding to every family she serves.
